Q: How do I detect that a menu belongs to a Desk Accessory (DA)?

A: Wow! Your app still supports desk accessories? What a trooper you are. You can detect that a menu belongs to a DA by checking its menu ID; if the ID is less than 0, it belongs to a DA (or other driver).
